The Havelock Mussel & Seafood Festival is a family friendly event and its the perfect way to enjoy fresh seafood, alongside great kiwi music and entertainment for everyone.
The Havelock Mussel & Seafood Festival is a community not-for-profit event and has been contributing back to the local community since 2004.
Elevated Events is contracted to oversee Entertainment, Sponsorship, Ticketing and Marketing. As well as assist with Vision and Strategy and provide consultation on all other event planning matters.

Multicultural Festival 2022, 2023 & 2024
This event is a wonderful occasion to showcase these unique, rich, diverse cultures through food, clothes, performance, music, dance, art and education.

TEDxNelson
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organised events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxNelson, where x = independently organised TED event. At our TEDxNelson event, TED Talk videos and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small ground. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organised.
Kara personally holds the licence for TEDxNelson and oversees all areas of the event. TEDxNelson is a Not-for-profit event and everyone volunteers their time to bring this incredible event together.
The first event took place virtually on Saturday the 19th of March 2022.
